Two different intra-team fights broke out at opposite sides of the motorsport world last weekend. It may not help team harmony, but dealing with rising stars has to be a delicate business, says Jonathan Noble

Then, he could just get on with ensuring his braking points were spot on, his line was perfect and that he was getting back on the throttle swiftly yet smoothly to crucially look after the rear tyres.
